Play Group 10/13/08

Since Cat is an only child and only sees children from church on Sunday, we decided to have a playgroup/bar-b-que for her. We had a lot of friends come from church, plus my friend, Lanel, came over and brought her baby Ayden. He's a cutie. Here are some random pictures from our playgroup.

Aiden - he did actually pick up that hot dog and attempt to take a bit. It had been sitting out and was hard so he decided to eat the cheetos and doritos instead. It was too cute.Playing with bubbles in the backyard. All the kids were covered in soap before the night was over.

Back to School Night 10/06/08

So, I am a little behind the times. It has been a crazy month thus far. Cat had her Back-to-School night on the 6th at her Preschool. They had some fundraising going on while teachers prepared to meet and greet the parents and students.

There were a lot of parents and students there. I think it was for the entire school. Once inside the classroom, we met with the teachers and found out how our students were doing. Cat is doing very well this year. We are very proud of her. Cat wasted no time in playing with the toys and props in her classroom. She had a good time socializing with her friends.



















After hanging out inside we all went outside for a spaghetti dinner. It reminded me of school lunch when I was a kid...oh yeah, we were at school! LOL! Cat gobbled her's down and then we went home for a bath and beauty sleep.



We are really proud of Cat and her accomplishments this year. We look forward to a fun-final year in Preschool in preparation for Kindergarten! (I feel old now...)
